My name is Jeff Harlan, I have over 35+ years in the fitness industry and are known as the transformation specialist. 

I am certified through the ISSA and NSCA 

• I hold three American Records in powerlifting and have been a competitive bodybuilder since 1992.
• I specialize in nutrition and training- I will be sure to make nutrition a big part of everyone's program!  
• I also love helping build self-esteem in Overweight Children and have a ton of experience working with kids and sports.
• I have faced many adversities and are familiar with many medical conditions such as Crohn/colitis - heart attack - back pain and surgery - torn biceps and torn/frozen shoulders - knee replacements. 

My name is MaKenzie Van Gent and I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Registered Nurse. Since stepping away from a 10-year nursing career, I have been continuing to make an impact in the lives of others here at Harlan's. 

I have been working alongside with Jeff and Theresa for over 5 years! I also have been maintaining my own health and wellness goals as a member of Harlan's Elite Fitness since the doors opened in 2014.
